目标：按 `robot-skill-cleanup-standard` 对非 operations 的角色型 profile 做第一轮低风险瘦身，删除明显错配的本地 runtime Skill，保留业务 SOP/角色核心能力。

## Shared generic Skill disable update

Five non-creative business/execution profiles had shared generic Skills disabled per profile after local deletion, with config backups in `backups/shared_generic_skill_disable_20260611_0315/` and verification in `docs/shared_generic_skill_disable_verification_20260611_0315.json`.
